This year’s general meeting of the Council of Border Municipalities in the North will be held in Kirkenes in connection with Kirkenes Conference on the 13th of February 2020.
Last year’s general meeting was held in Kola town, Russia, in connection with Russian-Finnish cross-border co-operation days, and in 2018 in Karasjok, Norway.
